3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made directly on our website, via telephone, or at our Ilkley office. A booking deposit might be necessary to confirm your reservation. 4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

A vehicle condition report will be generated and signed to document the state of the vehicle. 7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing, off-roading, or any other risky endeavors. It is prohibited to transport hazardous materials or to sublet the vehicle to unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure that you do not exceed designated passenger or weight limits, and obtain proper authorization before driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Ilkley is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not surpass the amount paid for the rental in the prior 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
